The Mountains
Ruination Territory
The mountains, which is owned by Ruination, doesn't have a lot of things on it. Their camp is near the bottom, and then The Tribe's territory is right there, so Ruination usually steals prey from them, when they get tired of hunting mountain goats and cougars. The mountain has streams that bring fresh water all throughout the mountain, and hawk nests. Some of the paths and ledges are unstable, so you need to watch your step. The sun beats down heavily onto the camp, so a lot of the wolves like to go into the forest. Ruination wolves are very aggressive, so it's best that you stay away from the mountains. But, even if you cross their paths at a shared territory spot, it's best that you avoid them. Don't look at them, make eye contact with them, or anything. Better yet, just leave.
Season: Fall
Weather: Chilly breezes. Nights can be cold, and it's been raining a lot lately. Prey is still thriving, but not for long. The waters are colder, and in the early mornings there is sometimes a think sheet of ice covering spots of the surface.
The Plot:
Once again, right when everyone thought the worst of their days were over, they were all fooled. The sickness, the fire, and now the hunters and their pests? They've all taken so many innocent lives - broken so many hearts and left so many alone in this world with nothing left to live for. No one knows how just how much more of this they can take. Just when the packs thought they wouldn't make it out of this one alive, it ended. They're free, it's over. No matter how many lives get lost, no matter how many times the forest gets destroyed, they make it out okay in the end. As the packs work to find the missing warriors and disposing of all the bodies, they grow stronger. They grow smarter, and they come closer together in the fight to make it out okay. But most importantly: they are alive.
